A contract-led structure for organisations that require named access, governed data coverage and explicit operating boundaries.
The conditional proposal and customer agreement define the organisation account, named seats and controlled capability access.
Dataset, asset-class, geography, display, derived-data, archive and export rights must be documented before access is enabled.
Exports remain unavailable unless provider rights, attribution, contract scope and recipient controls permit them.
Contract-based support, access events and governed administrative actions can be defined without exposing ATH3NA’s private Internal Desk.
Service scope remains subject to customer jurisdiction, legal classification and applicable regulatory review.
Tailored environments cannot bypass licensing, data isolation, role separation, publication controls or security policy.
No analytical modules are currently approved for Institutional customer activation.
Provider-backed modules are released only after the required third-party market-data licences and exchange entitlements have been confirmed. The selected provider may vary according to coverage, availability, jurisdiction and commercial requirements.
Institutional is available by application. Pricing is by agreement. Proposal acceptance starts licensing and contract preparation but never grants module access or starts recurring billing.
