Current technologies
ATH3NA currently permits only technologies necessary for security, authentication, session continuity and user-requested service operation. Analytics, advertising and session-replay technologies are disabled.
Consent
No non-essential cookie should be set before valid consent. If non-essential technologies are introduced, purposes must be separated, refusal must be as easy as acceptance, consent must not be pre-ticked, withdrawal must be preserved, and tags must remain blocked until consent.
Necessary storage
Necessary session storage may record authentication state, security controls, routing and consent preferences. Exact names, providers, purposes and durations must be maintained in the governed cookie register before launch.
Changes
Enabling a new technology requires technical inventory, privacy and electronic-marketing assessment, updated notice, consent version and evidence that tags are blocked until allowed.
