Capability access remains fail-closed.
No analytical modules are currently approved for Professional customer activation.
Provider-backed modules are released only after the required third-party market-data licences and exchange entitlements have been confirmed. The selected provider may vary according to coverage, availability, jurisdiction and commercial requirements.
Proposal acceptance does not grant module access. Professional access begins only after licensing is confirmed, every activation gate passes and the application reaches Active. It never grants ATH3NA Admin, Internal Desk, provider settings, raw data, prompts, agents, unpublished Market Views, other customer data, secrets or internal audit logs.
